A Wisconsin teen charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of his mother and her husband has also been accused of a conspiracy to kill President Donald Trump and use weapons of mass destruction, according to a newly released federal warrant.
Waukesha West student Nikita Casap, 17, is accused of killing the two between 6:30 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. on Feb. 11 before fleeing the state.
A review of Casap’s phone after his arrest resulted in the discovery of a “self-described manifesto regarding assassinating the president, making bombs and terrorist attacks,” according to the warrant posted by WISN.
Further review of Casap’s device revealed the manifesto and his race-based block to “foment a political revolution” and “save the white race.”
“As to why, specifically Trump, I think it’s obvious,” the manifesto said. “By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos. And not only that, but it will further bring into the public the idea that assassinations and accelerating the collapse are possible things to do.”
Other charges against Casap include hiding a corpse; theft of property valued over $10,000; taking and driving a vehicle without consent; and misappropriate identification information.
Tatiana Casap, 35, and Donald Mayer, 51, both died from gunshot wounds. The bodies were discovered in their home under blankets, according to the affidavit.
Nikita Casap was located and arrested on the evening of Feb. 28 by the WaKeeney Kansas Police Department and the additional information was found through search warrants following his arrest.
The conspiracy charge came after police found information on how to use an attack drone on Casap’s device along with communications with other regarding his manifesto and assassination plan.
