Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., recently issued a clear warning about Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency team allegedly gaining “unprecedented access” to very sensitive government data across a multitude of federal agencies.

While speaking on the House floor, Nadler accused Elon Musk’s associates of infiltrating 18 agencies, including the IRS, the Office of Personnel Management, and the Department of Labor, all without practicing any manner of public transparency. Nadler warned that the information they obtained, whether it be tax records or personal employee data, is susceptible to being compromised and exploited.

“Musk and his team are not just accessing this data; they are feeding it into AI models, downloading it onto commercial servers, and possibly taking it off premises,” Nadler alleged. “Not only is the personal information of millions of Americans at risk, but also the systems that ensure our safety and core government functions.”
